Telnyx.com Bulk SMS & Email Specialist

Overview:
ChaunceyAllPro LLC, a boutique interior painting, cleaning, and wallpaper installation company based in New York City, is seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Telnyx.com to manage and execute our bulk SMS and email messaging campaigns.
Our goal is to build a sophisticated outreach strategy using Telnyx’s bulk messaging platform, leveraging both SMS (via private/registered numbers) and email capabilities, with full compliance to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and manage a Telnyx.com account for bulk SMS and email campaigns.
Register and configure phone numbers (10DLC, toll-free, or number pools as needed).
Set up and manage Messaging Profiles, APIs, and webhooks inside Telnyx.
Ensure full compliance with 10DLC and opt-in/opt-out regulations.
Develop a sophisticated bulk messaging strategy, including:
Audience segmentation.
Message scheduling and delivery optimization.
Throughput and deliverability management.
Configure Telnyx to use private sender numbers for bulk campaigns.
Monitor analytics, track campaign results, and prepare clear performance reports.
Recommend best practices for scaling campaigns safely without triggering carrier blocks.
Handle suppression lists, STOP/HELP automation, and compliance management.
Operate the email bulk messaging component of Telnyx (campaign setup, sender authentication, tracking).
Requirements:
Proven experience with Telnyx.com bulk SMS and/or email campaigns (please provide past work examples).
Deep understanding of 10DLC registration, campaign vetting, and carrier compliance.
Ability to configure and operate Telnyx Messaging Profiles, number pools, and webhooks.
Strong grasp of bulk delivery strategies (avoiding spam flags, improving deliverability, handling opt-outs).
Knowledge of email sender reputation, DKIM/SPF records, and campaign tracking is a plus.
Familiarity with U.S. compliance laws (TCPA, carrier rules, SMS opt-in/opt-out requirements).
Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear documentation and reporting.
