Suomispam Blacklist Removal

MXToolbox is reporting that 15.197.225.128—my production-mail IP—has landed on the “Suomispam Reputation” blacklist. This IP only handles outbound email; there is no website or other application traffic on it. I already pulled and reviewed the mail logs and can’t see any spikes, compromised accounts, or unusual SMTP conversations, yet the listing persists.
I’d like an email-deliverability specialist who knows the quirks of the Suomispam list to:
