Student Webinar Email Sequencer
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I coordinate a series of online workshops and webinars aimed at students worldwide and now need a crisp, formal follow-up sequence that keeps them informed and drives attendance.
Here’s what I’m after: you will map out and write a multi-touch SDR email cadence that begins once a student expresses initial interest and continues through to the event date. Each message must sound professional, respect academic etiquette, and clearly highlight the value of the upcoming sessions. Personalisation—name, course of study, time-zone considerations—should be baked into every email so the copy still feels one-to-one even when sent at scale.
Deliverables I’d like to receive:
• 4–6 templated follow-up emails with subject lines and preview text ready to paste into HubSpot, Outreach, or a similar platform.
• A suggested sending schedule (days and times) and short rationale for each touch.
• A quick reference sheet listing the key KPIs to track (opens, replies, registrations) so I can monitor performance and iterate.
All content must be written in clear, concise English, with proper grammar and a tone that is formal yet welcoming to an international student audience. If you have experience working inside a CRM, let me know; otherwise, the focus remains on delivering top-tier copy that converts interest into actual webinar attendance.
