I already use Shopify and Omnisend, but the setup is basic and leaves money on the table. I want an email specialist who can own the channel from strategy through continual optimisation, with an immediate focus on building high-converting automated workflows.
My top priority is the First-Purchase Upsell flow. It should trigger right after checkout, showcase our best-selling products, pull live discount codes from Shopify, and feel 100 % on-brand.
