Shopify Landing & Capture Setup

I need a quick, clean Shopify build focused on audience capture rather than a full catalogue. The job breaks down into three pieces:

• Landing page – its only job is to collect emails. Feel free to use Shopify Email, Klaviyo, or another native-friendly app, so long as subscribers drop straight into a list I can export.
• Contact capture page – a simple contact form that asks for Name, Email address, and Phone number, then routes submissions to my inbox. No maps or social links for now, but the layout should leave room if I decide to add them later.
• Founder / About page – a lightweight section where I’ll tell the brand story; I’ll provide copy and images, you make it look cohesive with the other two pages.

Design should stay on-brand (fonts, colours and logo assets supplied after hire), be fully responsive, and load fast. Once the three pages are live I’ll need a quick walkthrough inside the Shopify admin so I can update text and export the email list myself.
