Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shopify email/automation expert to help us set up and redesign our store’s email communications.

Scope of Work:

Customer Notifications – Apply a clean, professional email design (order confirmation, shipping updates, password reset, etc.).

Email Automations (6–8 Flows):

Welcome series

Abandoned cart recovery

Post-purchase follow-up

Browse abandonment

Customer win-back

Review request

(Others as recommended)

Template Design:

Modern, luxury-style look (black/white/grey, clean, professional)

Simple AI-assisted design improvements to match brand style

Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly layouts

Requirements:

Strong experience with Shopify Email and Klaviyo (or similar platforms)

Ability to create visually appealing, on-brand email templates

Knowledge of automation best practices for eCommerce stores

Deliverables:

All core Shopify notification emails redesigned

6–8 automation flows set up with ready-to-use templates
