Shopify Digital Products Setup

I’m ready to launch an e-commerce store on Shopify that sells downloadable PDFs. I need the entire flow configured so that, after checkout, customers automatically receive their files via email rather than an on-screen link.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Store build & theme configuration focused on digital-only catalog
• Integration of a reliable “email delivery” app (e.g., SendOwl, Sky Pilot, or similar) and full setup of notification templates, file hosting, and customer account access
• Creation or polishing of the PDF products themselves—clean layout, clickable table of contents, compressed file size, and branded cover so they’re ready for sale
• Testing of the complete purchase-to-inbox process, including failed-payment and refund scenarios, to be sure every customer gets the correct file without manual intervention
• A concise hand-off guide that shows me how to add future PDFs, update email wording, and pull basic sales reports
