Set Up Acelle Mail + Amazon SES + Domain Verification + Automation + 10-Email Sequence

Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced email infrastructure freelancer to fully set up Acelle Mail on my server and connect it to Amazon SES for reliable email delivery.

This includes installation, configuration, domain verification, deliverability setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), bounce/complaint handling, and building a complete 10-email monthly automation sequence using templates you create from my submitted content.

I want this project handled end-to-end.

Scope of Work
1. Acelle Mail Installation

Install the latest version of Acelle Mail on my hosting or VPS

Configure PHP, MySQL, cron jobs, file permissions, HTTPS/SSL (Let’s Encrypt is fine)

Secure the installation and admin panel

Ensure Acelle Mail loads correctly and is fully functional

2. Amazon SES Setup

Create or configure my Amazon SES account

Select appropriate region (EU-West-1 preferred)

Verify sending domain(s)

Add all DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Verify sending email addresses

Request SES production access (move out of sandbox)

Set up SNS notifications for bounces and complaints

Integrate SES with Acelle Mail via SMTP or API

Test inbox delivery to ensure messages do not land in spam

3. Deliverability & System Configuration

Configure tracking domain(s) inside Acelle Mail

Set up sending limits, throttling, warm-up suggestions

Set up proper from/reply-to details

Configure unsubscribe link, footer, and GDPR-compliant company info

Add my subscriber list and custom fields if needed

4. Build 10 Email Templates

I will supply the text for each email.

Your tasks:

Create 10 visually clean, mobile-responsive templates in Acelle Mail

Use my branding (logo, colours, etc.)

Add buttons, links, and formatting

Test rendering on desktop and mobile

5. Create Monthly Automation Workflow

Build a 10-step automation that sends one email per month

Email 1: immediate on subscriber join

Email 2–10: every 30 days

Ensure subscribers do not receive duplicate sequences

Test the workflow from start to finish

6. Testing & Handover

Before completion, you must test:

Email sending

Inbox placement

Automation flow

Open/click tracking

Bounce & complaint processing

Domain authentication

At the end, provide:

A walkthrough of the system

Basic written instructions for future editing, adding subscribers, sending campaigns

Requirements

You must have previous experience with:

Acelle Mail or MailWizz / Mautic / self-hosted email platforms

Amazon SES setup (including production access requests)

DNS records for SPF, DKIM, DMARC

Deliverability best practices

Automation setup

Please provide examples of similar projects you’ve completed.
