Send out regular emails using Constant Contact

We need someone who can manage our emails on a regular basis on constant contact. This would include creating emails with the information we provide. They need to be marketing savvy and be ready to do A/B testing to see what sorts of emails get opened more and what sort of emails get people to sign up more often.

We need 4 hour turn around time not 24 hour. When we give you info for the email it will have to be compiled and set up. Then once it's set up you will send me a preview which we will edit and then have you send out.
