Send marketing emails for me

I would like to send marketing emails to some of our B2B customers and prospects -- about 50k in all. I would like someone to set it up and send them for me. I have tried doing it myself but sometimes I get bad delivery rates. It is easier if someone does it for me. I have the text for the email all ready, as well as the email addresses.
