Send bulk marketing offers to emails database addresses !

I am looking for a freelancer who can send bulk marketing offers to both our existing and new potential customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in email marketing and be able to create and send weekly newsletters containing product updates. The content of the marketing offers will include product updates only. The aim is to keep our customers updated on our offerings and attract new potential customers. The freelancer should be able to manage the entire process from creating the email content to sending it out to our email database addresses.
