Send Marketing offers to my database emails!

I have a database of email addresses to which I want to send marketing offers. Offers that refer to a website selling vehicles and wood pellets.
I already have a letter created by me. It's not that professional. But I used one on mailchimp provider and it was very good. I'm interested in the offers arriving in my INBOX! I'm not interested if you don't deliver directly to the Inbox. I send very easily now with mailchimp which only sends in spam. This is why I created this ad. To find a person who delivers my offers directly to the INBOX!
Before discussing any bid, in my ad we do a small test to a gmail yahoo or gmx email. If you deliver my letter to the INBOX, we can discuss more details about the price. There is no point in wasting time, neither you nor I.
If I receive the letter in my INBOX, we can continue to discuss my project.
