Send HTML Email to 5,000 Contacts (Test Campaign – Potential Long-Term Work)

Hi,

I manage a contact base of over 5 million B2C leads (France & Spain).
I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to send an HTML email to a test batch of 5,000 contacts.

The goal is to monitor open rates using a tracking image (beacon).

You must:
• Send the provided HTML email as-is (no edits)
• Replace the {{email}} variable in the beacon URL with each recipient’s email
• Add the parameter campain=xxx in the beacon URL
• Ensure the email is sent in HTML format, not plain text
• Use a clean sender domain and ensure inbox delivery
• Provide proof of send and basic open results if available

I will provide:
• The HTML template
• A CSV file with 5,000 email addresses
• A checklist to follow

If the test is successful, we can continue with larger batches (50K+).
Please include your price for the test batch and your typical delivery method (SMTP, platform, etc.).
