Sell my email list

I need someone experienced in selling email lists. I have an email list of over 1M contacts I need to sell a copy of the list for no less than $0.02 per contact. I'd like to sell to four or five buyers. I need someone to find buyers and broker the transaction. I'm happy to pay based on completed transaction.
