Self-Hosted Cold Email Platform
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I have Acelle Mail v4.2.0 installed and a cluster of 20 VPS servers already running Postal as the SMTP backbone. In total, 300 sending domains are ready to rotate. What I need now is the layer that ties everything together—a custom domain-management module built into (or cleanly integrated with) Acelle that will let me run large-scale, cold-email campaigns safely and predictably.
Key elements I expect from this module
• Warm-up scheduler, blacklist monitoring, and domain-rotation management are all mandatory features.
• The warm-up scheduler should work in a hybrid fashion: the system proposes an automatic ramp-up plan based on my predefined rules, I approve or adjust, and only then does it execute.
• Blacklist monitoring must track spam complaints, bounce rates, and overall IP reputation in real time and surface alerts inside the Acelle dashboard.
• Rotation logic should distribute sends evenly across the 300 domains and 20 Postal nodes while respecting the warm-up status and reputation score of each domain/IP pair.
Deliverables
1. Source-code package or Acelle plug-in that installs cleanly on my self-hosted environment.
2. A concise setup guide and an architecture diagram (the full technical spec document is ready for you; you will update it where implementation diverges).
3. Docker-compose or bash scripts to bootstrap the 20 VPS nodes if additional services are required.
4. Final walk-through session where we test:
– Warm-up plan generation and approval flow
– Automatic blacklist checks with sample alerts
– Proper send rotation across all domains/servers
The environment is already provisioned, and all credentials will be supplied once we agree on the scope. If you have deep experience with Acelle, Postal, and large-scale email deliverability, I would like to start right away.
