Seed List Expert Needed for Email Warmup & Inboxing Campaigns (Gmail Focused)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a reliable and experienced freelancer who can create, maintain, and manage seed lists to improve email deliverability and inboxing performance—primarily for Gmail accounts.
This is for ongoing work involving cold email warm-up, inboxing boost, and domain/IP reputation management.
Responsibilities:
Create active seed email lists (minimum 300–1000 Gmail accounts)
Maintain seed activity: open, read, reply, click-throughs, label movement, etc.
Monitor inboxing performance using tools like Gmail Postmaster, Mail Tester, etc.
Ensure realistic engagement patterns (e.g. staggered opens, diverse locations, real behavior)
Set up autoresponder schedules using my follow-up sequence
Use proxies/browsers if needed for account login and maintenance
Maintain logs of open/click/reply rates and inbox % improvements
Must-Have Skills:
Deep understanding of Gmail algorithms, spam triggers, and warm-up behavior
Experience managing large volumes of seed accounts
Knowledge of tools like Mailwarm, Warmup Inbox, Lemwarm, GMass, etc.
Familiarity with SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, and domain reputation
You’ll Work With:
High-volume mailers
Custom SMTP and autoresponder platforms
Real business data (no scraped lists or spam)
Bonus if you:
Already have a ready-made Gmail seed pool
Can provide warm-up reports and improvement metrics
Understand affiliate-heavy content challenges
Start:
Immediate. I’ll shortlist fast. Be ready to show proof of past results.
To Apply:
Mention your experience with Gmail warm-up
Let me know what tools/processes you use
Share results or inboxing screenshots if possible
