SMTP server / email marketing

I focus on targeted email marketing for contacts obtained from publicly available sources. For example, we send requests to send an offer or other information emails. I use the program and domain installed on my computer and the regular hosting of my provider for sending. The provider will allow me to send only 300 emails per hour from one email and 2000 emails from the entire domain. I log in to the program via SMTP server + email + password. I have tens of millions of contacts and therefore I would need a faster solution. I have one weaker server on which I have 5 virtual machines. We also connect another weaker server every day, on which I will also have 5 virtual machines and 5 programs to send. I might also be pleased with hosting that has the ability to send faster than 300 emails per hour from one email. I need a reliable solution that won't throw my mail into spam when sent. I will be very grateful for every suggestion.
