SMTP FOR EMAIL MARKETING

I'm looking for an experienced and knowledgeable freelancer to help me with SMTP-based email marketing. I need a cloud server set up as my infrastructure, and I have an existing list of contacts that I'd like to leverage. As far as design and coding goes, I already have a template that I'd like to use. Please let me know if you have any experience with similar projects and the necessary tools and strategies to effectively set up the SMTP system on cloud it should be able to give me 90% inbox rate with 10,000 mail limit or more per day .Thank you!
