SENIOR E-MAIL MARKETING MANAGER (KLAVIYO)
Budget: €700 – €1,200 EUR
SENIOR E-MAIL MARKETING MANAGER WANTED (Only Apply if you really have experience)
As an Email Marketer with us, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing the E-Mail Marketing Strategies for our E-Commerce Clients.
You will be provided with ongoing training and mentorship that you will need to excel in this role. However, you will need a strong sense of perseverance to power through a steep learning curve and a dynamic start-up culture.
Your ongoing responsibilities will include the following:
- Creating email marketing automation and targeting strategies based on customer lifecycles, segmentation, predictive analytics, and client’s branding needs
- Continuously measuring and optimizing email marketing automation and campaign performance
- Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot the strategies
- Analytics recording and evaluation (eg email open rates, revenue generated per email campaign)
- Make decisions based on data to optimize strategies on a monthly basis
- Work with collaboration software & tools such as Google Drive and Basecamp
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation for 8-10 clients
- Create monthly reports
- Setup email automations with Klaviyo
- Follow the quality control procedure to ensure all work meets our standards and client requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years Experience in DTC E-commerce Email Marketing (CRM)
- Expert in using Klaviyo
- Experience in handling multiple clients (Agency experience is a plus)
- Relevant competency and experience in data analysis
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken hence should exude great writing
and proofing skills
- Interest in the e-commerce industry is a must
- You love taking on challenges and learn new skills quickly
- A proactive self-starter who constantly finds new ways to improve your performance
- Attendance is a must. Must be online during the company shift.

* Design skills are a plus
* Basic data analysis skills (understanding of split tests and logical problem solving)
