Run email marketing to offer services

I need someone to set up email marketing campaign on getresponse for me, scrape emails of new, small & medium businesses who have wordpress websites that will be interested in optimising their websites by offering my services. You will have a website as a tool along with getresponse and my contact details but you must find the leads yourself and they have to be UK.

Once it's all set up and running I will pay you for additional leads if good each week.
