Result-Driven Virtual Assistant for LinkedIn & CRM
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
XPERTUS Virtual Assistant
I run a solo training practice and spend most of my day planning courses and coaching clients, so I need a sharp virtual assistant who can stay on top of my LinkedIn presence and keep a CRM perfectly updated.
Your core focus will be managing LinkedIn activities: reviewing my daily interactions, identifying new prospects from my 18,000-strong network, and logging every qualified contact into CRM so no lead slips through the cracks.
From there, you will trigger the next steps—sending follow-up emails, scheduling calls on my calendar, and flagging anything that needs my direct attention. We will work about two hours a day, Monday through Friday. You can choose the exact window that suits you, as long as we hop on a brief check-in call each San Francisco morning (5–10 minutes is fine).
During our call you will walk me through: • New connections added to the CRM • Follow-ups sent and any replies that need my input • Meetings booked or rescheduled •
Roadblocks or new opportunities you spotted Tools in daily use include the CRM, LinkedIn (not Sales Navigator), and Google Workspace. If you already have proven shortcuts or automations within these platforms, even better—bring them along.
Our preferred CMRs are:
ActiveCampaign; EngageBay; FreshSales, PipeDrive, Brevo, etc. You must be familiar with Workflows, and Automation.
Compensation is straightforward: US $50 per month plus a 20 % commission on any revenue that comes directly from leads you helped nurture. The first two weeks serve as a familiarisation phase; there is no base pay during that ramp-up, but you still earn commission on any closed business.
If you thrive on organised outreach, love turning LinkedIn activity into booked calls, and have hands-on CRM experience, let’s talk.
