I need you to track down the break, correct it, and make sure every future form submission lands in my inbox without fail.
What you’ll be diving into
• The existing enquiry/contact form code or plugin (platform information can be confirmed once you’re in).
• Hosting or cPanel / SMTP settings, SPF / DKIM records, and any mail-related logs that might reveal where messages are getting stuck.
Acceptance criteria
• A test submission reaches my Bigpond.com inbox (not spam) with the same formatting it used to have.
• You document the exact fix applied so I can reference it later.
