Restore Mautic Campaign Email Flow

After my hosting company performed routine server maintenance, Mautic stopped sending campaign emails—nothing at all is leaving the queue. The email settings inside Mautic seem correct, so the problem almost certainly sits with the cron jobs that fire the campaigns and process the queue. I’m not confident how to verify or recreate those tasks.

I’m looking for someone who knows Mautic inside out to jump in, check the server (SSH or cPanel access is ready), and get the campaigns moving again.
