Reply.io Outreach Automation Setup
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I already have active accounts with Reply.io and MailToaster.ai, but my in-house team simply doesn’t have the experience to get a dependable, fully automated outreach engine up and running. I’m looking for someone who can jump in quickly, wire the two platforms together, and keep the system humming.
What I need:
• Configure Reply.io sequences from scratch, connect them to MailToaster.ai for warm-up and deliverability, and verify all DNS and sending domains.
• Build personalised email and follow-up workflows so prospects automatically receive the right message at the right time.
• Set up tagging, A/B tests, and basic reporting so I can track open rates, clicks, replies, and conversions.
• Monitor inbox placement, tweak templates, and fine-tune sending schedules for maximum reach.
• Hand me a short SOP or Loom walkthrough so my team understands how to operate and adjust campaigns after hand-off.
Acceptance criteria:
• First live sequence sending correctly from the verified domain with no spam-folder placement.
• Dashboard in Reply.io clearly showing performance metrics.
• Documentation delivered and screenshare completed.
