Replace Mailchimp Signup with Shopify

I need the existing Mailchimp pop-up and any Mailchimp-powered newsletter forms on my Shopify store removed, then re-wired so every new subscriber goes straight into the native Shopify mailing list I already have in place.

Please cleanly strip out the Mailchimp code snippets, update the theme’s footer subscribe section to point to Shopify’s customer list, and confirm that the pop-up still opens, captures emails, and records them inside Shopify without errors. A quick test sign-up and a short note on where you edited the theme files will be the final acceptance criteria.
