Real estate Email Sourcing

I already have a spreadsheet with around 4000 real estate companies and now need the correct Business development/ Corporate management / Investment - Acquisition / Finance-Accounting / Corporate management) contact emails for each one. Your task is to research, verify, and populate the missing fields so that I can reach the right people for upcoming campaigns.

I’ll share the list (company name + country) as soon as we start. You’ll then add one reliable, up-to-date Marketing or PR address per company—ideally one or multiple named contact, but a role-based address is fine when that’s all that’s available. Accuracy is far more important than speed; bounced or generic info@ addresses can help, but are not essential.

Please return the completed file in the same format, with an extra column noting your verification source or confidence flag for quick quality checking. If you use tools such as Hunter, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, mention them so I know how you validated each lead.
