Once you receive the data file, your job is to:

• Upload and segment it by past purchases.
• Insert the dynamic purchase-history variable into the copy I supply (or help polish) so every customer sees an offer that matches what they previously bought.
• Schedule and send the campaign at an agreed-upon time window that maximises open and click-through rates.
• Comply with all local anti-spam regulations and include an easy opt-out.
• Provide a post-blast report covering total sent, delivered, failed, and any opt-outs so I can measure ROI.

Any platform that supports personalised bulk SMS (Twilio, MessageBird, Vonage, etc.) is fine—as long as you can prove high deliverability.
