Promote AskJAQQ & Law Firm
Budget: $50 – $100 CAD
I am launching a dual affiliate initiative and need a results-driven promotion campaign that attracts two distinct yet related audiences—lawyers as well as potential clients looking for legal help.
The first offer centres on my new legal app, AskJAQQ. Every lawyer who joins as a paid member triggers a $100 CAD commission for the affiliate who referred them. The second offer supports my law firm: each new client who retains our services releases a $50 commission. The goal is simple—drive sign-ups and retainers, then track them back to your efforts.
Promotion methods already chosen: social media marketing, email marketing, and search-engine optimisation. Social content should focus on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, while email and SEO tactics should funnel traffic toward our dedicated landing pages. Message tone must remain professional yet approachable, highlighting the tangible earnings for affiliates and the value our services provide.
Deliverables
• Campaign calendar and content plan spanning Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and SEO
• Branded creative assets and copy that speak to lawyers and prospective clients alike
• Landing-page or funnel recommendations to maximise conversions
• Tracking and reporting framework so we can verify each paid membership or retainer to release commissions
• Weekly performance summary outlining reach, clicks, conversions, and next steps
Acceptance criteria
A campaign will be considered successful once it reliably produces traceable conversions—lawyers purchasing AskJAQQ memberships and clients placing retainers—at a cost per acquisition that preserves the stated $100 and $50 commission structure.
If you have proven tactics for legal-sector outreach, I’m keen to see them applied here.
