Professional Email Design for Product Promotion

I am in need of a professionally designed email template to promote a product. I'm looking for an experienced email designer with a strong understanding of email marketing and copywriting.
It will be about a sale on Network Marketing Leads. I have sample emails to give an idea of how good it should look at the minimum. I want fantastic graphics that pop out, not generic or plain looking. I need the images and source code with it. It must work and displace properly in Aweber by just adding the code. I want to copy and paste the code to Aweber and not have anything out of place or look different than what your final design looks like.
