Key expectations
• Craft a clear subject line and preview text that spark curiosity without sounding spammy.
• Structure the body copy so benefits stand out at a glance and the call-to-action is unmistakable.
• Design the template to render perfectly in the major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo) and on both desktop and mobile.
• Optimise the final HTML for fast load times and minimal spam-triggering code.

Acceptance criteria
1. Final HTML email plus a plain-text fallback version.
2. Editable source files (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar) for future tweaks.
3. One round of revisions after first draft delivery to fine-tune wording or layout.
