Prevent HTML Emails Hitting Spam
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Even though my SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records all check out, every HTML-formatted message I send from my domain still lands in the junk folder on Gmail, Outlook, and a few other common providers. I send these emails manually through my regular mailbox—no marketing platform in the middle—so I need someone who can look beyond the DNS layer and pin-point what’s triggering the filters.
Here’s what I’m hoping you can help me with:
• Review a live sample email (headers, MIME structure, images, styling, wording) and flag every element that could raise my spam score.
• Tweak or rebuild the HTML template so it’s lightweight, standards- compliant, and friendly to common spam-filter rules.
• Suggest any SMTP or server-side adjustments—rate limits, reverse DNS, HELO string, TLS settings, etc.—that might be sabotaging deliverability.
• Run before-and-after tests against major inboxes; share the spam-check reports so I can see clear improvement.
I’m comfortable updating DNS and mail-server settings myself; what I need is your deep deliverability expertise to tell me exactly where the problem sits and how to eliminate it. When we’re done, I want to hit “Send” on an HTML email—with images—and watch it arrive in the primary inbox every time.
