I will install PowerMTA ™ 5.0r3 on your server (Centos6/7), during the day,
no panels like VestaCP - I don't use, I work only via ssh,
on 1 server, you can install both the mailing script and PMTA (+ connect a lot of IPs at the same time if you have them), and your site, and in general whatever you want (of course, it depends on the power of the server)
By configuration - full support for ipv6 + ipv4
You can distribute sending to MX recipients (which will allow you to combine corporate mailboxes in a separate queue with the main domain) and scatter them across your Vmta or pools. (gmail and yandex are great for ipv6).
