I'm seeking a professional to provide solutions for bulk cold email marketing specifically targeting potential customers. We have 100K leads from Apollo.io. These are paid leads.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Developing an efficient bulk mailing system (multiple domains, multiple inboxes).
- Ensurability that all marketing emails reach the intended recipients without being marked as spam.
- Customizing emails to match our brand and campaign theme.
- Should have a process to validate the campaign with evidence for having sent
- Should be able to provide data on sent, opened, responded, etc
- Should be able to set follow-up work-flow, follow-up mails/action for those who respond
Given that I prefer a proprietary solution over popular platforms such as MailChimp, ConstantContact, or SendinBlue, ideally, you should have:
- Experience in creating and managing custom email solutions.
- Knowledge of current best practices for bulk email marketing.
- Demonstration of success with past campaigns targeting potential customers.
The ultimate goal is to increase our customer base through effective and compelling email marketing campaigns by offering compelling content that potential customers will be interested in.
