Personal Email Reminder System

I’m ready to streamline my everyday to-dos with a lightweight personal task manager that focuses on timely email reminders. All I need is a straightforward way to log tasks, set due dates, and receive an automatic nudge in my inbox before something slips past me.

Core requirements
• Personal use only—no shared workspaces or team dashboards.
• Reminders and alerts are the priority. Every task should trigger one or more email notifications (ideally customizable for “same-day,” “one-day-before,” etc.).
• A quick, clutter-free interface for adding tasks and marking them complete on desktop and mobile browsers.

I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it’s reliable. If you prefer using a no-code platform (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make), great—just keep it maintainable. If a lightweight custom build in, say, React with a small Node/Express backend and an SMTP or Gmail API integration feels cleaner, I’m open to that too. SSL and basic authentication are a must so the app stays private.

Deliverables
1. Fully working task manager hosted on my domain (or a recommended cloud platform).
2. Email reminder engine configured with simple wording I can edit later.
3. Short hand-off guide: one-page setup + how to modify email timing.
