Pay-Per-Show Appointment Setter urgently needed
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
My marketing agency is expanding and I’d like a driven appointment setter who can consistently fill my calendar with small-business owners ready to talk. You will own the entire outbound process, concentrating on personalised email outreach as the core channel. If you also enjoy nurturing prospects on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram, feel free to weave that in, but email will be the benchmark I measure against.
Compensation is simple and performance-based: £10 for every meeting that actually shows up, plus a 10 % cut of any deal that closes from your appointments. Because of this structure, quality matters more than volume—I only count a booking when the prospect attends.
Day-to-day you’ll research and qualify small-business leads, craft compelling emails, follow up until they confirm, and update my CRM so we can track show-rates and conversions. Expect close collaboration with me on messaging, offer details and hand-off procedures so every call you set feels seamless to the prospect.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Confirmed meetings that take place (with basic call notes in the CRM).
• Lead and email performance metrics so we can tweak subject lines, copy and sequencing together.
If you have a track record of setting appointments for agencies—or you’re just naturally persuasive over email and social—tell me about your recent results and the tools you prefer. Let’s start booking calls and share in the wins.
