Outlook Signature Image Fix
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
My current Outlook email signature has stopped displaying every image—icons, social buttons, and the main logo all appear as empty boxes on both sent and received messages. I’m unsure whether the graphics are embedded or hosted online, so I need someone who can quickly inspect the existing HTML, locate the root cause, and rebuild the signature so that the images render reliably.
The finished signature should:
• Show every icon and the logo consistently in Outlook (desktop and web)
• Retain the exact layout, fonts, and colour palette I already use
• Work for recipients on other major clients like Gmail and Apple Mail
• Be delivered as a clean HTML file with simple instructions for installing or re-adding it to Outlook
If you have experience troubleshooting Outlook-specific quirks—CID embedding, remote-hosted images, hidden tracking pixels, or size limits—this will be a straightforward job. I’ll provide the current signature file and the image assets the moment we start.
