Outlook Marketing Email Automation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a freelancer to build a fully-functioning marketing email automation workflow inside Microsoft Outlook. Once everything is running smoothly, you will hand the keys (templates, rules, contact lists, and any supporting documentation) over to my in-house team so they can manage it going forward.

Scope of work
Set up the automation logic (triggers, follow-ups, and segmentation), create visually polished yet lightweight HTML templates, and ensure all tracking and reporting options available in Outlook are activated. I’m happy to hear your suggestions on add-ins or auxiliary tools if they make the process more robust, but Outlook must remain the core platform.
Deliverables
1. Automated marketing campaign workflow running and tested in Outlook
2. Three reusable email templates (welcome, promo, loyalty update)
3. Step-by-step handover guide plus a short live walkthrough for my team
