Outlook Cold Email Lead Specialist

I want to kick-start a small outbound campaign in Microsoft Outlook aimed at generating fresh leads from individual consumers.

Here’s what I need help with:
• Write a concise, persuasive cold email that includes a brief company introduction and a clear call-to-action.
• Set up the sending framework directly in Outlook (signature, tracking pixels or add-ins you recommend, safe-sender settings, etc.).
• Build or import a targeted contact list (I will supply any available data).
• Schedule and dispatch the first wave, then monitor opens, clicks, bounces, and replies.
• Deliver a short performance report plus recommendations for follow-up messages.

I am looking for someone who already knows Outlook’s quirks—throttling limits, deliverability tweaks, and how to stay compliant with CAN-SPAM/GDPR while still sounding personal.
