We are seeking a seasoned outbound lead generation and email marketing expert to audit and optimize our current campaigns. We are using Apollo and Instantly (2 accounts) for cold email outreach and need help ensuring maximum inbox deliverability and response rates.
Responsibilities:
Review and optimize current email sequences in Apollo and Instantly
Ensure domain health and improve inbox placement
Automate lead flow from Apollo to Instantly
Set up workflows to auto-add new Apollo leads to sequences in Instantly
Troubleshoot and enhance email deliverability setup (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, warmup, etc.)
Bonus: If possible, integrate Apollo leads with Expandi.io to launch LinkedIn campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience with outbound email automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Expandi)
Deep knowledge of cold email best practices and deliverability
Ability to build efficient, hands-free automation flows
Available to start immediately and deliver results quickly
Only experienced professionals with a track record in email and LinkedIn automation should apply.
