Scope of work
• Build and qualify a prospect list of senior technologists and finance professionals who fit our eligibility criteria.
• Craft a multi-step LinkedIn and email sequence—connection invites, follow-ups, nurturing messages—written in a polished, authoritative tone.
• Execute daily outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, your preferred email automation platform, or both, keeping meticulous records in a shared CRM or spreadsheet.
• Engage interested candidates, handle first-round questions, and guide them to complete our short application form.
• Report weekly on contacts reached, response rates, and completed applications.
Acceptance criteria
1. 50+ qualified applications within six weeks.
2. All messaging approved before launch.
3. Full transparency of outreach data and prospect status.
