Ongoing Tech and Marketing Ops Support

Job ID: 40057427

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

My business runs on a stack that includes an email service provider, a WordPress site with several plug-ins, and a growing library of e-books that need regular formatting. I need a single, reliable freelancer who can keep all of those pieces humming behind the scenes.

Core responsibilities
• Email marketing back-end: build the occasional broadcast or automated campaign, pull performance analytics, and make sure lists stay clean and properly segmented.
• Website upkeep: handle routine maintenance, plug-in and theme updates, troubleshoot the odd glitch, and implement new integrations or content tweaks when I roll out offers.
• E-book production: take my drafts from Word, format them and print-ready PDF, design simple, on-brand covers, and upload to KDP or similar platforms.
• Ad-hoc tech fixes: whether it’s a Zapier zap that breaks or a DNS record that needs updating, I’ll turn to you first.

What will make this partnership work
– You’re an independent freelancer, not an agency, with at least three years of hands-on tech and marketing ops experience.
– Fluent English is essential; U.S. time-zone overlap is a plus because quick back-and-forth saves us both headaches.
– Responsiveness and clear communication matter more to me than how many tools you know, though familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp/ConvertKit (or equivalent), Canva or Affinity for basic design, and Zapier will set you up for success.

When you reply, please share one example of an email campaign you set up end-to-end, a site integration you recently completed, and an e-book or similar digital asset you helped publish. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm fit and will grow the workload steadily for the right person.
