Newsletters creation
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am looking for ongoing help creating newsletter for a W lingerie and shapewear brand.
We currently use Mailchimp and/or Sengrid but we are potentially open to use other tools instead based on your experience. At the moment Sendgrid would be the preferred option.
Ideally we would like to be able to provide high level guidance about the content (e.g. title, topic, bullet point content), with you being able to complete the newsletter independently having with access to our photos and content. Newletters will be in english with not too much text and 5/6 images + text per newsletter. We would like to create around 15 newsletters in total, using more or less the same template, so that sending them every 2 weeks we are covered until the end of the year.
I believe that writing multiple newsletter at once is best as it will give you the chance to familiarize with the brand and will make the project more interesting. It will almost certainly turn into a recurring work to be done again every few months.
Ideally you will be also able to schedule our Instagram posts (4 posts per week) and stories (1 story per day) in line with the content of the newsletters. Please do not include this activity in your quote, but quote separately for how much it will cost to plan 1 month of 4 weeks: 16 posts + 30 stories.
This additional task is not essential as we currently have a freelancer performing it, but would be good to keep them together.
We do not need help sending the newsletter.
