Need Pro for E-Newsletter Format

I would like to send out e-newsletter to my clients. Trying to find out different options of sending the newsletter, and possibility of formating . (Currently my most preferred format is attached) Please let me know your experience and what software you use. This is a one-off advice session and potential weekly formatting and handling emails project.
