Music Artists Research Assistant

Role Overview
I’m looking for a reliable assistant to help with researching music artists and collecting accurate contact emails. The work is straightforward but requires consistency, attention to detail, and comfort using Instagram and Google to gather information.
Artist Discovery & List Building
* Research artists by genre, location, and Spotify audience size.
* Only include artists with 100,000 – 2,000,000 monthly Spotify listeners.
* Collect publicly available data:
* Artist name
* Email (preferred: business/contact/general enquiry)
Email Extraction
* Search Instagram bios for email addresses.
* Use Google or other social platforms to find contact details.
* Avoid booking-only emails when a general/business enquiry email is available.
Organising the Data
* Input all findings into Google Sheets.
* Maintain clean, standardised formatting across all entries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This is a Data Research + Admin role. You should be:
* Strong in English comprehension
* Comfortable using Instagram and discovering artists
* Fast and accurate at online research
* Experienced with email list building
* Competent using Google Sheets
* Able to follow clear, repeated processes reliably
Payment (Fixed-Price Model)
* $10 per 50 verified artists A “verified” artist means an artist with an active, working business/general enquiry email (booking-only emails accepted only if no other email exists).
Screening Question: Please answer both parts:
1. How long will it take you to deliver 50 verified artists (artists with active general/business enquiry emails)?
2. Provide a sample of 5 artists you researched, formatted using these three columns:
* Recipient (email address)
* Artist (artist name)
* Email Sent (leave this blank)
