Minimalist B2B Sales Email

I need a single-page sales email that looks sharp in any inbox and stays true to our engineering and production outsourcing brand for Western European decision-makers.

The design must remain clean and minimalist, built on strong typography and our existing colour palette. Icons and supporting graphics should follow a flat design style, and the overall voice of the copy has to stay formal and professional. Structurally, the message should flow through four clear blocks: a concise intro, “what we do”, “why choose us”, and a contact footer, with hierarchy that lets busy buyers scan in seconds.

Technical notes
• Mobile-first thinking—please make sure the code renders perfectly in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and major smartphone clients.
• Best-practice HTML email (inline CSS, tables where needed) so we can drop it straight into our sending platform.
• Suggest fonts and icon options that match the minimalist aesthetic while remaining easy to read.
