I already have Mautic 5 up and running—instance installed, account created, contacts imported, and a test Dynamic Email in place. What I need now is a crystal-clear, step-by-step workflow showing exactly how to launch our very first introductory campaign that promotes the range of physical and digital solutions at www.Life-SupportSystems.com.
Your guide should cover everything from choosing the right segment and scheduling the send, to configuring tracking so I can read opens, clicks, and conversions with confidence. Once you’ve delivered that written process, we’ll jump on a live screen-share where you walk me through executing it inside my own dashboard.
After this initial run-through I expect deeper questions as our campaigns become more sophisticated, so please be open to future coaching sessions and, potentially, a fractional role managing additional sends, automations, and reporting.
