Mass emailing!

I need a way to mass email either through my existing CRM or another way to mass email without having problems with Microsoft sending limits. I definitely want to be compliant with any rules and regulations but need to be able to reach many more people than I can currently. I need to be able to mass email about 2,000 people a day roughly. I would love for that number to be higher but let's start there. Please let me know if you are aware of any ways to do this either through my CRM which will mass email easily or another route to do it. I need help with this immediately. This could lead to ongoing work from me. Please let me know any ideas you have. The people I am emailing are all in my CRM already and I have done business with over the last 15 plus years. About half of these emails will be job descriptions to potential candidates and the other half are business development emails to potential new clients.
