Mass Transactional Emails & Marketing Surveys (sending about 2.000 standard-mails)

I'm in need of a professional who can assist with sending out mass emails. The primary purpose of these emails will be aimed towards gathering feedback. I have a list with 2.000 mailadresses (Windows XLS), a standard-text (German language) and a PDF-Attachment.
