I'm in need of a skilled professional who can handle mass emailing. For this project, the freelancer will be provided with a list of 46,000 email addresses to which promotional emails need to be sent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Importing a pre-prepared list of 46,000 email addresses.
- Ensuring that all emails are sent successfully.
- Avoiding Spam, black lists and to be banned.
- Keeping track of any bounced or unresponsive emails.
- Clean the mailing list from bounced and unresponsive emails.
- Providing a detailed report.
- The professional will be provided of our domain email address but he will use his software and platform to send emails, manually sending the emails if needed.
The emails will be straightforward, employing a standard text format without any HTML or special customisation. The text will be in Italian with a light single page pdf attachment). You will be sending promotional emails for our organisation, managing the mailing list and cleaning it from broken emails, bounced and unresponsive.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with mass email marketing platforms. Any prior experience with managing large-scale email campaigns is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all promotional emails are sent without error and to successfully troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
