Mass Email Marketing Through BigCommerce with BigPond email address

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a mass email marketing campaign through BigCommerce. My target audience are both existing and potential customers, and I'm looking for someone with relevant experience. For the application, it would be helpful for you to include information about your past work and experience. I do have a specific budget in mind for the project, so please let me know what you can offer in this regard. Experience with BigCommerce and email marketing, and pointing to correct servers IS A MUST.
We have recently changed our email marketing program to Crazy Domains from Brevo and we have been getting lots of soft & hard bounces. We have been told it has something to do with our hosting and emails being sent from a Bigpond email. Our website is www.lprtoolmakers.com.au and our webshop is hosted by BigCommerce. We purchased an email @lprtoolmakers.com.au from WebCentral and we cannot get this to work at all.
